SuperClubs' Passport Included Promotion
SuperClubs is offering to pay the passport fee (up to $97) for guests planning to renew or apply for a US passport. The all-inclusive company will deduct the passport renewal or application fee from the price of a SuperClubs stay in 2007 and 2008. Through its "Passport Included" promotion, guests traveling to any of SuperClubs' Caribbean or Bahamian properties will have the passport renewal or application costs credited to the price of their all-inclusive vacation, if booked by December 31st, 2007.
To take advantage of the "Passport Included" promotion, guests need to:
- book their vacation and pay the deposit by December 31st, 2007, for travel anytime in 2007 or 2008; (a four-night minimum stay is required)
- Provide proof that new passports have been applied for or renewed. A copy of the information page of new passport(s) and dated receipt(s) needs to be faxed to 954-925-0334 at least 30 days prior to travel date (no credits will be offered post-travel).
- ALL REQUIRED DOCUMENTS MUST BE SENT TO SUPERCLUBS NO LATER THAN 30 DAYS PRIOR TO TRAVEL. If guests are unable to provide documentation at least 30 days prior to travel, they may recieve on-property credit instead that can be used for any services on property during their stay, provided that all documents are sent to SuperClubs prior to their travel date. No credits will be provided for guests who do not provide required documents prior to travel.
This promotion is available to all U.S. vacationers, including cruise passengers who are booking pre- and post-trips at a SuperClubs resort. SuperClubs' guests are responsible for filing appropriate paperwork to obtain passports.
The "Passport Included" package is applicable at SuperClubs' 10 resorts in four Caribbean countries:
- Jamaica:
- Grand Lido Negril Resort & Spa
- Grand Lido Braco Resort & Spa
- Breezes Runaway Bay Resort &Golf Club
- Breezes Montego Bay
- Hedonism II, and Hedonism III
- Bahamas:
- Breezes Bahamas in Nassau

- Breezes Puerto Plata Resort Spa & Casino
- No credit will be given if required paperwork is not received 30 days prior to travel.
- Offer is not valid at Rooms or Negril Beach Villa.
- Available only to paying adults and children.
- SuperClubs will not cover expedited surcharges for last-minute applications. Cost of passport photos is not included in this offer.
- No credits against the price of the reservation will be made after travel.
- Not applicable on travel industry rates.
